This mentality spills into my work as well; I am always evaluating how the systems we use in work are helping or hurting our progress.

You may already know me as a former Blackbaud Advisory+ Consultant. After 6 years, I left Blackbaud to pursue a career that aligns with my values and lifestyle.  Now, I am offering my experience and insight to schools directly!
